“It’s been a few months and it’s still on my mind to write this needed review. I moved to a new city and didn’t have a stylist. Going from getting my hair done every 3 weeks, I was used to upkeep. My hair had gotten so tangled in my time of moving, I wanted to find a stylist who was experienced. After searching for detangling services, I booked an appointment fully expecting only a consultation. I expected her to tell me I had to come back for the services because of the state of my hair and she “didn’t have time” but she got down to business and BLESSED me. Amazingly. I hadn’t seen my hair straight for months and cried in the car when she finally detangled, blown out and styled! She was a life saver and a sweetheart for not overly charging me (as another shop tried) for all the work I put her through. Will forever be grateful for this shop. In a generation full of “hair stylists” who only care about money, I don’t enjoy “just anyone” touching my hair. This salon has ALL of the experience and knowledge needed to help maintain healthy hair. I wish I could thank you 1,000 times.“

“I had the most pleasant exchange of customer service that I’ve experienced in a while. I purchased some blush that I thought was on sale but when I checked my receipt they were not. Thankfully I hadn’t left the store yet. I told a Sales Associate (who I didn’t know was the manager) and she walked me over to where the products were and showed me exactly which blush was on sale.
