Over the years my kids and I have been going to this office since 2016. They have had many different doctors and staff. I am so grateful for this place. Because even when staff change they are always doing evert thing they can to help. I see why it is so hard for them. If you call other offices and sound like you are black, whatever that means they find a reason not to schedule you. Once you say Medicaid they say we do not take it and hang up. Or the tone changes. I will be happy when the office is open every day again because although i have to see different doctors at least the staff cares. The guy who use to always make sure my kids got in for an appointment . Or the lady who would uber us home if it was raining not to get on the bus. I gets the doctors leave because they dont want to see the Medicaid patients either, but the people who work there really cares.
I am sad that the office is no longer open for primary care, but I am grateful that you are still providing care to the community.
I have called six different primary care offices trying to schedule appointments for my children and myself, and either they have no openings for three months or they do not accept Medicaid. It really made me appreciate how easy it was to get care here. I could always call and be seen the same day or the next day.
I truly hope you reopen your primary care services soon.
Super nice nurses! I took my kids here for their sports physicals and they made my kids feel special.
