Lifesavers! Al and Matt at Comfort Logic did what half a dozen other HVAC companies refused to do. After watching YouTube videos, I ordered a dual-zone DIY Mr. Cool mini-split system and asked my carpenter and electrician friends to install it, but since it was their first time, the installation ran into serious issues and the system was not functioning. It essentially needed a complete re-installation—pulling lines, backing everything out, and redoing the wiring. When I started calling HVAC companies around the area for help, I was turned down by half a dozen contractors who wouldn't touch a DIY system. ComfortLogic was great. I had them replace a 20yr old heatpump servicing my upstairs. Matt worked with me right from the beginning to ensure I had what I needed and would be satisfied. He and Al, along with Will, were very thorough and cleaned up everything before leaving. Very professional! I highly recommend them and will use them going forward for all my HVAC needs.
Highly recommend ComfortLogic. A/C went out during the middle of a 100-degree day. They had a Tech at the house withing 3 hours. Will Cooper was extremely professional and highly competent. I really appreciated the way Will walked me through everything he was checking to determine what the issue was. I only wish they did everything else around the house that needed service!
