Mr. Kenneth came out to treat the yard. He was very professional and customer friendly. He answered questions I had and explained what the purpose of the treatment is for.Since we have had the treatment inside and out our pest issues have been reduced to nearly being nonexistent. To be frank I have only seen about 5 tiny roaches. Follow the checklist!Customer service has also been great so far. Can always reach someone or get a prompt call back if you have questions.
