Due to some questions about the scheduling of the coming inspection, I called into their service department and had a very pleasant conversation with the representative, Elizabeth. She is very nice, willing to help with the issue, directly to the solution and I am quite happy with the outcome. She is one of the reasons I will stick with their company.

I have been a customer of Economy for several years based on my mom's referral. I lived in Morrisville and recently moved to Garner. Mycah has been my service person for the last year and I want to give him a HUGE SHOUTOUT for doing such a great job! He is very knowledgeable, thorough, friendly and prompt. Economy staff are all very friendly and accommodating when scheduling an appointment. Thanks again for Economy for great service and thank you Mycah!!!!!!!!!!
