We HIGHLY recommend Alex with Riddem Pest Control! My husband found him afterspending HOURS researching/calling several other pest control companies. Alex is knowledgeable (so smart!), patient + an absolute pleasure to work with. He's easy to get ahold of, quick to reply back and get an appt with + very appropriate with his plan of action. Alex is extremely thorough in his inspections. He found evidence of a minor mice issue in our crawl space that 4 other pest control companies had missed during their inspections. Riddem Pest Control has been fantastic for us. We first contacted them due to a wasp nest inside our Spectrum cable box on the side of the house. They came out and took care of the nest on a Saturday and even sent pictures of everything they did. Since then, we've continued to use them for ongoing prevention and we've not had any issues with pests since!

We have been very happy with Alex. He has been very responsive, polite, punctual and seems very knowledgeable about insects. I also feel like he is respectful of nature and the needs of individual families. We worry about too many chemicals and toxins and we feel that he really listens and developed a treatment plan that works well for us- a refreshing change from those companies who just come and spray.
