This was my first time at Spavia. Everything was easy and wonderful! I called for a same-day appointment and I was thrilled to get one with a therapist for a deep tissue massage. I was greeted by staff who helped me complete my profile and took me to the waiting area. The bathrooms/changing area are very nice and I was given a locker.My MT My'Ara was on time and took me to a room to a wonderful spa room. We talked about focus areas and then My'Ara gave me the best massage that I have had in a long time.I will definitely be back for more appointments!Thank you,Karyn Love

I choose this score because when I first entered the spa the greeting was warm and the smiles were really big. Also I have never been to a spa where they really cater to all of your needs. I was shocked when the lady gave me forms to complete and they were all about things I wanted or didn't want while I was being serviced. Also most places I have been do not give out robes or slippers I really enjoyed myself.Dache was my massage specialist and let's just say she knows exactly what's she is doing she was really nice and she did a amazing job. I received a highly personalized treatment by a knowledgeable esthetician. She formulated a unique treatment to give me the best result and that avoided using Vitamin C. Vitamin C is in most products but I have developed an allergy to it.
