Olivia (the guest service associate) was very informative and sweet when I called to book and then she was the same one there when I came for my services and was great. Now Jari, the wax specialist, phenomenal! I was nervous because it had been a couple years since my last wax but she was gentle, had great technique, told me when to breathe, but was also very efficient on time. Highly recommend her!”
