My daughter purchased me a gift certificate for my birthday that included a facial. I have never had a facial before, so I didn't know what to expect. The website was very easy to navigate to schedule my procedure. After I booked it, I immediately received a confirmation email stating the date and time. I also received another email a couple of days before as well as another reminder. The location was very easy to find, the area safe. Her studio was very pleasantly decorated and very comfortable. Brady herself was a VERY PERSONABLE and friendly. I still didn't know what to expect though. She thoroughly explained the procedure to get started and then every step throughout. She is EXTREMELY knowledgeable in her profession. She made me feel completely at ease and I was blown away by how well my skin looked!! The arm/hand massage, the lower leg/foot massage and the shoulder massage during the procedure left me completely numb!!! My next facial is already booked and my bestie scheduled hers immediately after I got off the phone telling her!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BRANDY FOR HER SERVICES!!! You won't be disappointed!!!
