Although this is a chain, the service has always been impeccable and their reminder system really helps keep me on track for future appointments and certain talented therapists. I went in stressed and came out with many knots lessened and a better understanding of how to work on stretches between sessions. My schedule limits me to weekend appointments, so I have to wait for openings a bit, but always think it’s worth the wait. Clean, safe, and welcoming.

I’ve been going to La Vida for several years now and can highly recommend them for outstanding friendly and professional customer service and great massages. I would mention my favorite masseuse by name but she’s already so booked up I don’t want to have more competition for her time!! She’s wonderful and has become a friend.
