Everyone I encountered at this location was so kind and professional! Olivia (the guest service associate) was very informative and sweet when I called to book and then she was the same one there when I came for my services and was great. Now Jari, the wax specialist, phenomenal! I was nervous because it had been a couple years since my last wax but she was gentle, had great technique, told me when to breathe, but was also very efficient on time. Highly recommend her!
Went to European Wax Center. Went back this week, and Jari did a wonderful job. She helped with some adjustment I asked for on my brows. I'll definitely be working with her again. Also, love the wax pass.
