“I had an accident at home while gardening and fractured a portion of my finger and cut it severely. I went to Carolina priority care, and they did an excellent job of taking care of me, not only were they welcoming, but also did take care of me properly. The office was very clean and gave me a sense of peace that I was in a good place. I have since had to go back to recheck and hopefully my sutures will be coming out tomorrow. I was seen by nurse practitioner Kelly. She did an excellent job of suturing my finger and x- rays ,giving me the care I needed. On the second visit when I went to recheck, I was seen by nurse practitioner Crystal who was also very professional and very nice. She took care of me for the next steps and eased my mind about my worries. All in all it was an excellent experience and I am still continuing care with them through this process.”

“I was struck by a DOT vehicle and was having back spasms. I was able to easily find the closest cone health with the shortest wait time. I made an appointment but arrived about 30 min early since we were already in the area. They took me immediately. The MA was great, the Provider was excellent. She addressed my immediate concern and also took into consideration my existing conditions when prescribing the medication and treatment plan. X-rays were needed and they were quickly taken and interpreted. Best experience with urgent care ever”

“I've had wonderful experiences with the staff of this location, specifically Kelly who works the front desk. Very friendly and I've enjoyed seeing her every time I visit (I've had to go multiple times for rabies shots), she also does well to remember things like where my family has been travelling, that makes me feel very welcome! I look forward to seeing her again, of course hopefully not for more rabies shots though (haha). I intend on keeping this location as my primary urgent care!”
