Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Urgent Care - Palladium is a professional and courteous facility. Patients describe the staff as knowledgeable, thorough, and caring, with some exceptions. While some PA's may not meet expectations, the medical team, including nurses and registration, are highly recommended. The urgent care center is efficient, with some patients appreciating the prompt assistance and attention.
I see Dr Walter Tann at Atrium Health in High Point, he is my cardiologist. He is the best Dr I have ever seen and I trust him more than I have ever trusted any Dr in my life. Dr Tann does not rush me out he takes time listen and respond to all my questions and answers. He has changed my life in a way that no Dr has ever done by doing his job. The PA in urgent care is not one I care for. He was very much uncaring and not pleasant to speak with. Other staff members such as nurses and registration are professional and caring. I will seek urgent care elsewhere in the future. Was rushed in and out by PA. Diagnosis was rushed and I do not feel confident in his treatment.
The staff was excellent. Checked all of my vitals and had x-rays done. The Dr got me into Orthopedics right away to make sure there were no underlying issues. Would highly recommend them to anyone needing care!!!
