The PA in urgent care is not one I care for. He was very much uncaring and not pleasant to speak with. Other staff members such as nurses and registration are professional and caring. I will seek urgent care elsewhere in the future. Was rushed in and out by PA. Diagnosis was rushed and I do not feel confident in his treatment.
The staff was excellent. Checked all of my vitals and had x-rays done. The Dr got me into Orthopedics right away to make sure there were no underlying issues. Would highly recommend them to anyone needing care!!!
I was seen this morning for pain in my left shoulder due to sleeping incorrectly. My experience from check-in to check-out was amazing. I was there for maybe 45 minutes in total. Dr. Reamer was so personable, kind and genuinely cared about my wellbeing. I’m glad I chose Atrium Health Urgent Care for my medical concerns while visiting High Point, NC.
