I've love love my primary care doctor. Hate hate hate that every time I come here I know it is going to take way way longer than it is supposed to. Literally have to keep like three hours open in my schedule just to play it safe.
I have had all sort of problems with them. From insurance billed incorrectly to having to get test done more than once because they were done incorrectly, and being charged for both times, to lying about services rendered, to telling me my child had to receive all shots at same time even with a medical history of reactions (they quickly back tracked on this one when I fought them).The only reason I gave them 2 stars not 1 is his Dr does seem to really care.
My nurse practitioner Kristie is fabulous as is the assistant Kristen that did my stats before seeing my provider. Kristen was very articulate and patient as she ask health history questions. She introduced herself and made me feel very comfortable.
