“This urgent is where I go because it is professional and people are nice, cleanliness is a must. Today my experience earned four stars due to a nurse saying she didn't have time for me to pull up my period app to know when my last cycle was. That made me feel like an annoyance. Her reasoning was being short staffed, that no one showed up to work. She added unknown start date to my chart so when the PA came in she probably thought I was pregnant or something else, even had a pregnancy test ran when no way I could be given my last period date. I hate going to the doctors for anything I get so anxious and that comment rubbed me completely wrong, made me second guess going at all for a simple UTI. These types of comments are why people wait till something horrid happens to them before visiting the doctors. Otherwise every time I've gone the medical staff has been nice and actually considate, even when I brought my kids along. I come from a mother who is a nurse, that comment was not ok. No I do want a bland business response about calling customer care. Tell ur nurse who saw me and I know y'all can look up her name, to be more considerate of her words. I understood she can be frustrated as we are all human but this is medicine certain attitudes are expected and anything less is unacceptable for a company like Atrium.”
