“I had two ecobee smart thermostats that I needed installing. The home advisor site put me in contact with Fire and Ice and Joe came out within two hours. Coincidentally my heating went out downstairs that morning. Joe fixed the heating issue and installed the thermostats. He was very thorough and professional and he was proficient in everything that needed to be done. One of the thermostat sensors wouldn’t connect so Joe took the time to troubleshoot with an ecobee technical advisor. Interestingly, the recommendation came from a company that also specializes in foundation repair. Due to the complexity of my parents' foundation issues, the foundation company felt that their company would not be able to make the necessary repairs.
