I’m trying to file a claim with this company due to them giving me a flat tire on work they’re doing and had lack of signage and the girl who answers the phone was not friendly or helpful. I asked when Niveen Hanna (apparently the only person who handles claims) will be in the office and she said “I don’t know” with an attitude instead of figuring out when and letting people know as a lot of people are currently having to file claims with this company and not being able to get assistance in which seems is about to cause even bigger issues than need be!

Had a horrible experience with a driver from y'all's company I was in a turning lane going on to wendover there was oncoming traffic and he was honking to turn then he proceeded to pass me up by flooring the truck and cutting me off while phone in hand !!!!! I hope y'all give this guy a raise.!!!!!!!!! Sure enough I pulled up next to him and both hands on the Wheel looking forward acting clueless.
