The first company I called, said they offered 24 hour service...but that was not accurate.
Then, I called Billings. I called their emergency line and a technician answered. He was courteous and friendly. He explained that he was not on call and that the technician on call just had a baby. He said that if the regular technician could not take care of me, he would take care of us himself.
10 minutes later, I got a text message from the technician with a newborn child, stating he is on the way. Late Friday night, 25° outside, this guy is 25 minutes away. It takes real dedication to do that.
This gentleman arrives at my front door. He was also courteous and a genuine human being. He quickly diagnosed the issue and offered the options. He was respectful of the property and took care of the issue. He gave us an honest assessment of the condition of the unit and gave us great advice.
Guys...seriously, Billings is the company you want to take care of you HVAC needs. I will not use anyone else.“
