“We have had unbelievable cold weather in last few weeks and have a very old unit. We called on a Tuesday and they were out within the day to take a look. Unfortunately gave us not so good news and our options to get through the snow storm. Lucky they were able to order a new unit very quickly. Had a new unit put in on that Friday and worked into the night to get it done after the delivery truck broke down Thursday. The unit didnt get to them till about 12pm Friday. Had a little snafu Saturday and they came out in the cold and snow flurries to get us fixed up.
