We have had unbelievable cold weather in last few weeks and have a very old unit. We called on a Tuesday and they were out within the day to take a look. Unfortunately gave us not so good news and our options to get through the snow storm. Lucky they were able to order a new unit very quickly. Had a new unit put in on that Friday and worked into the night to get it done after the delivery truck broke down Thursday. The unit didnt get to them till about 12pm Friday. Had a little snafu Saturday and they came out in the cold and snow flurries to get us fixed up.

On time exactly when they said they would be there. The service text name was Tony I believe. Very knowledgeable. Very nice. Explain to me in details what he was doing and how to help things in the future. If you ever need any service work done be sure to use these people I can't say enough about the service tech that was here. Tony, he was very helpful. Very nice and on time. I have been a customer for 20 years. Jack McManus put our heat pump in and it's still going. AC went out Sunday, we called Monday morning, fuses replaced and house cooling down by 11:00am.Service: A/C system maintenance
