“What a company! Our main water pipe did burst and we called a plumber advertising 24/7 service. “We can try to put you on the schedule for some time next week,” was the reply we got. With the next call we had the same result, but a friend told us that he had had a good experience with Service Plumbing. So that was my next call. A very friendly Jennifer answered the phone, and said she had to check with her team and call me back. Within a few hours our problem was solved by three of their employees. Despite low temperatures and a lot of mud and water hindering their work they were friendly and kept me informed how things were progressing. Their efficiency in solving the problem in the shortest possible time was impressive. A day later our hot water heater gave up and once again I spoke to Jennifer.
