“Howard, Bailey, Chris, and their entire team were phenomenal to work with! I had some water damage from my neighbor’s HVAC unit backing up and flooding into my townhouse, which resulted in me needing some drywall & insulation replaced, as well as the flooring in my entire living room.
After being ghosted by a national contractor that was recommended by my homeowner’s insurance, Independent Insulation was recommended as a local option. I reached out to Bailey, and he came out quickly to assess my project. He said they could take care replacing the damaged walls and flooring for me. The estimate was significantly less than the other contractor, and Bailey was able to fit everything that needed to be done within a very tight budget and timeframe.
The team came in, ripped out the damaged flooring, drywall, and insulation, and then replaced everything in less than 2 days, plus did a mold treatment in the walls to eliminate any mold spores that may have started growing. I also want to point out that my HVAC had to be removed for the project since the damaged walls were in the HVAC closet. The team worked in 90+ degree August heat, and still got it done.
