I was dealing with a leak in our rental cabin but was struggling to isolate the source.
I called a different plumbing company to come out on 2 separate occasions & each time they claimed they didn't find any leak.
After a guest witnessed the leak themselves, I made another call, this time finding MRS Restoration. Chris took the time to speak with me about the issue & added me onto his schedule & was onsite within a couple hours. All of this on a Saturday no less!
Once Chris arrived he was able to locate and diagnose the leak quickly, providing suggestions for the solution & referrals to specialist who could help implement the fix.
Without a doubt, Chris and MRS are provided the best service and best value of anyone I've dealt with in Blue Ridge.
