“Our senior boy is a chow/golden retriever mix and as he has gotten older, his patience with grooming has decreased quite a bit. We searched for a grooming service that would allow us to stay with him to help keep him calm and found Rebel Tails through Google. The five star reviews are well deserved! They worked with our boy so well!! They were patient and kind the entire time and allowed us to help keep him calm when he reached his limits. They’ve made a customer for life today. Our fur baby’s health and safety are our top priority and this business gets it right. I highly recommend their services!!“

“I've given a review in the past but thought I'd post a more recent review. My pet Gracie has been going to Grace Park since I moved to this area roughly 7 years ago.

When I first moved here, my cat opened up her chin because of an underlying infection she had in her mouth. I called Grace Park and they saw her that day, even without an appointment or being enrolled at the hospital at that time.

Gracie has always received the very best treatment at Grace Park. I can't say enough about the staff but special shout-out to her primary physician, Dr Traficanti.

They even called the day after my pets appointment to check in and see how she's been feeling. That shows me they care deeply for all their patients

There's nobody I trust more regarding my pets health/well being

“Nice kennel & has 50 spots. Each dog has its own run & sleeping space. Quiet wooded lot for the dogs to walk. Kennel gives the dogs a bath too. There are some items you can purchase for your pet there too. I dropped off a nervous German Shepherd & she had a space to hold the dog away from all the barking until he became more accustomed to his surroundings. Owner also took the Farmers Dog Food we used & refrigerated it & said that was no problem.

I truly believe Vetco and Dr. Shannon Raboin saved my baby’s life. During the week of Thanksgiving, my 3 year old dog Nola was diagnosed with pyometra, a life threatening uterine infection. She had lost 10 pounds, was withdrawn, had no appetite, and I knew in my heart something was wrong.

We were told she needed emergency surgery. Even though it was the day after the holidays, the Vetco team came in on their day off just to operate on her. That alone meant everything to me as a terrified dog mom. Dr. Raboin was compassionate, patient, and treated Nola like she was his own. I never once felt rushed or dismissed.

The vet later told us if we had waited any longer, she would not have made it through the weekend. Hearing that broke me, but knowing this team acted quickly and with so much care is something I will never forget. Seeing Nola afterward, still groggy from anesthesia but wagging and happy to see us, was a moment I will hold onto forever.

This experience was emotional, scary, and overwhelming, but Vetco made it bearable. Because of Dr. Raboin and his team, my girl is here, healed, running, and back to being herself. I am beyond grateful. If you are ever faced with an emergency and need a team that truly cares, this is the place you want your baby to be.

“First visit for us and everything was great, the techs and vet were super friendly, and everything was quick. The front desk staff seemed like they were all having a bad day though. Vaccines were way more expensive than our last vet, but I assume that’s just how things are now and not a reflection of this particular office.“
