I brought both my dogs in at the same time for a nail trim and was really worried about how one of my dogs would do (esp. because she's more anxious and sometimes reactive towards other dogs). They handled my dogs SO well and made it a straightforward process for me and my pups. We will be back!

This was my first time going to a self wash place, it was a good experience also Dana did a great with my German shepherd nails also it was very easy to wash my German shepherd he is a big boy, they supply me with everything I needed.

Came here with my newish dog to use the self-wash station. The front desk staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful. I wasn't sure how Rambler would do with having his nails filed with a dremel so they offered for me to come back with him to comfort him. Rambler is often too high strung at my work (a vet clinic) for the dremel but he was very calm in the hands of the friendly staff and they were able to do it with no fuss.The self-wash rooms were awesome and a very convenient walk-in service for my saturday. He smells of pomegranate now and so so clean! We will be back!
