One customer, after two disappointing experiences in the past, recently had a great haircut from Michelle and was impressed by her professionalism and attention to detail. However, another customer had a different experience. Despite checking in online and confirming his appointment, he was told upon arrival that he was not on the list. He waited for over an hour, but eventually left due to the long wait time.
Despite this instance, other customers have had positive experiences. One customer has been going to Teri for over 15 years and appreciates her excellent skills and caring attitude. Another customer enjoys the online check-in system and has had positive experiences with all the stylists for his 4-year-old son.
In summary, Sport Clips Haircuts in Morrisville offers a unique and enjoyable experience for men's and boys' haircuts. While some customers have had disappointing experiences, many have had positive experiences with the professional stylists and online check-in system.
I just had my second haircut from Brit. This was the second best haircut I’ve ever had. Second only because Brit gave me my first best haircut several months ago. She is, without a doubt, the best stylist I’ve ever had. The atmosphere and cleanliness of the Morrisville store is also a standout quality that is worth mentioning. Great service, great haircut, great location, greet price. All thumb up.
Catrina did an AMAZING job, 10/10 would recommend! She took her time, paid careful attention to detail, and made me feel like a real MVP. I got a TON of hair cut off, and she was not intimidated at all.
The young lady that cut my hair, is the picture of Customer Service, I witness the interaction between her and Customers and I saw how she interacted with the elderly and one child with special needs and she was amazing. I was happy to see someone that loves her job and has EXCELLENT, People skills, she should be a Manager if she's not one yet. It was an awesome experience for me, and YES the Haircut was perfect.
