Finally understand the lake life in Mooresville. You can't have enough garage space for all the toys. Having only been in the area for one-year we decided to build additional garage space on to the house. Being very quality minded, my research led me to the Lakeview Building Group. Kurt VanGelder and David Walace were my kind of builders, quality minded and engaging with the owner. The project is exactly what I wanted. I would not only recommend Lakeview Building Group I had them expand the living room six months later. Tom Clarke

What really sets them apart is their communication. From day one, we always knew exactly what was happening. Their online project portal kept us updated every step… read full review

At no point did we feel pressured and Kurt kept us constantly up to speed. In all they managed replacement of flooring, ceilings, walls, carpet, and painting. After the work was done Kurt encouraged us to triple verify that everything was as it needed to be and even helped with suggestions… read full review
