“My family and I purchased an existing home in Mooresville in 2022. It became apparent fairly quickly that the previous owners had failed to adequately care for the property, so it was no surprise that when we had the bad summer storms in 2023 that our roof was damaged. What was surprising was that no roofing company wanted to assist us with the insurance claim because it was a slam dunk until AJ with Urban Grind came along.
