He’s very knowledgeable and meticulous on every aspect of the process. My questions were answered before I even asked him. He basically read my mind. I walked on the roof after completion to try & find something wrong and couldn’t. “I had a small leak that showed during the latest windstorms. I called Tidds. lt took a couple of days for someone to come, but Drake looked at it, got up on the roof, went into the attic, made an assessment and gave me a quote on the spot. His recommendation was to do some recaulking of the roof vents. The price was about 1/2 that of another quote that I got, and... he did the maintenance right away! Great job!“
