He took the lead and worked with my insurance company and got them to agree to a full replacement, even though they denied the first claim. He didn't have to spend as much time as he did to get the job done, but he did. The crew did a great job cleaning up after the work was done and I have nothing negative to say. Ian really went above and beyond helping me explain it to them and after talking with the insurance company and showing more damage pictures they ended up agreeing that the damage was enough to warrant full replacement. I wasn’t happy about the damage but glad they recognized it was there and needed replacing as I had a leak that was damaging the inside of my home. The replacement went well, the crew was professional and expedient and Ian and the owner all did exactly what they said they would. Highly recommended.
