Professional. Keeps on going notes on my experience . Thorough.. kind. One of the best facials I have ever had. However the manager needs training in customer service. There are many ways to explain to a customer rules and regulations. Beginning with I’m sorry but unfortunately we are not allowed to do the thing you are requesting. Continuing with a. Reason for the rule. And, I will talk to my front office staff about being clear about these requests when you call since you did specify your needs when you called. Additionally a warm smile is also helpful.

David is FANTASTIC! He knows what deep tissue means but also checks in continuously to make sure I’m comfortable. He’s a lovely person that I love talking to, but is perfectly fine with not talking if I need the quiet. He also does some different methods to stretch my tight muscles. Love him!
