I had such a great experience with Tiffani Rocchio! I booked a last-minute appointment with her for a color correction after having my hair done elsewhere just a week earlier. I honestly wasn’t sure how much could be corrected so soon, but Tiffani completely exceeded my expectations.
She was extremely professional, detail-oriented, transparent, and clearly very experienced and knowledgeable about both color and the science behind hair. She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted, and the end result was beautiful, natural, and exactly what I had hoped for. You would never know I had walked in needing a color correction!
I love the salon and all the staff, especially Katie and Emily. I've had my hair done here since Covid days and it's always a great experience. I wish they would upgrade the shampoo chairs/area and the bathrooms. To be such a high volume store and high traffic location like Mooresville it's a shame the salon furniture and decor isn't updated to a nicer and more comfortable style.
