CM Knight was professional, timely, and we are 100% satisfied with our 2 projects they managed for us in summer/fall of 2019. We converted a covered porch to an enclosed sunroom with wood burning fireplace and installed a gorgeous stone patio in our back yard. Their years of establishing reputable contacts in the Davidson/Charlotte area was invaluable. Workers, management and communication was about as perfect as it can be. CM Knight Fine Home Building helped us create and complete our dream home gym last year from an unfinished attic space. From the very beginning, Chris and Dylan inspected our space, recommended an excellent (and affordable) architect who created a plan. They coordinated every piece of the project and were thorough, trustworthy and incredibly professional. Chris Knight is an outstanding contractor. He and his son Dylan managed our new addition/ and renovation to our home. Every partner they work with with does an outstanding job at their craft and the Knight Team is onsite every day (multiple times) to ensure things move smoothly.
