We build our home with Chad Goodin and his team approximately 6 years ago. We continue to enjoy our beautiful home everyday. Chad helped us to make the most of the fantastic views of Lake Norman. He considered our ideas and input and went above and beyond to make things go smoothly. Every bump in the road was handled quickly and efficiently. Chad. Is a great guy and made building a joyful experience. He is very professional and always says YES with a smile. Liza also answered all questions quickly or had Chad get back to us. GREAT TEAM!

We start by thanking Chad Goodin and his team for the work involved with building our home.My husband and I built our home on Lake Norman with Chad during the lockdown of Covid. It was a challenging time for all people and trades involved. Chad allowed us to be very involvedwith the construction of our home. I am an interior designer and this was very important to be able to bring the house to life.We moved into the home May of 2021.
