I would definitely recommend Terminix to anyone dealing with any sort of infestation. To be honest they were my second choice because I thought a big named company wouldnt be compassionate or actually care about one little customer but I couldnt have been more wrong. After throwing away over $2000+ on a previous company that I wont mention by name because that's not the purpose of this review. But the purpose of this review is to say after the first company took my money and left my problem to only get worse, I called Terminix. I really like the really good and patient customer service team working with me and my crazy schedule. I also can't say enough about our area technician Wagner Barion. He is always ontime, professional and polite.
As a woman with blindness, I find it reassuring to have such good service to help. Keep my home safe and pest free. Jen at Terminix is amazing! She has helped me with fire ant issues, seasonal ant issues, and general termite and pest services. Very professional. Very accommodating. And, the service is effective.
