ValuePest technician was very professional and polite. Plus this company covers everything including termite service as well as mosquitoes. I was using another pest control company before I heard of ValuePest. The other pest control company charged EXTRA for termite and mosquito services. I love this company. Value Pest communicates regularly, posting arrival dates & results always. They knock on the door to announce their arrival & ask if there are any concerns or needs. Always on time, friendly & professional & the best part; no bugs!

We usually have the same serviceman and he is so polite and thorough I truly appreciate him. He knows I run a daycare (so we don't get inside services most of the time) and makes sure to check in/let me know he's there before he starts going around the exterior of the home so I can ensure that the dogs are locked inside the house and kids are inside as well (no escapees lol). He also asks if there have been any problems or pest activity since the last visit. After every visit we always double check the fence gate to make sure it is closed before we let the dog have backyard access again-the gate has been closed and securely latched every time.
