I brought a gray Ralph Lauren sweater to this cleaner to have a small stain removed. I was called and informed that they were unable to get the original stain out, which I accepted. However, when I picked up my sweater, I found that they had not only failed to remove the original stain, but they had also completely ruined the garment by causing new, permanent damage.
The brown zipper pull is now tarnished and discolored, and has bled all over the gray fabric, creating a large, ugly stain directly below the zipper. This new stain is far more noticeable and completely ruins the sweater, making it unwearable.

Very disappointed in this cleaners. My dad took a shirt there at Christmas to get cleaned. When he returned to pick it up it was a huge bleach stain on his shirt that was not there at drop off. So he asked could they reimburse him. The worker which I’m was a woman argued him down. Then she lied and said she took a picture of the stain when he asked to see the picture that she claim she took there was no picture. He said I have been a loyal customer for over 5 years. She did not care! She lost him as a customer and now they have lost me as a customer. So rude all she had to do was apologize and replace the shirt.

I Googled this business looking for shoe repair. It showed that they offered shoe repair several places on the google search page.When I arrived they even had a sign in their front window saying "shoe repair". But when I walked in they said they don't do shoe repair anymore. It's very frustrating when Google and the Business owner do not coordinate correctly because I wasted 20 minutes to go out of my way to take my shoes to get repaired.
