Took items there for over 12 years. Buttons on an expensive shirt were crushed and they refused to take ownership of the damage or repair buttons. The owner didn’t care about my concern and refused to help. Poor customer service. Do Not Use This Cleaners!

First time I used this place to have 15 shirts laundered (light starch). Will never go back. They use so much perfumed scent in my shirts (like a very, very heavy Downy smell) that it would gag you. I even let the shirts hang in the garage overnight (after I removed the plastic wrap) to hopefully air out. Nope. Didn't help. People who are 5 feet away can even smell it. I just hope the next cleaners can remove the smell.Why do they feel they have to add ANY scent? And if it's an option, why didn't they tell me when I brought the shirts in for cleaning?Update 1/21/24 - Let them air out in the garage for over 2 weeks, then soaked overnight in baking soda bath, then washed...read full review

Had an alteration done here and it was horrible. It looked liked they watched a YouTube video on how to sew and then tried to replicate it. The stitching was incorrect and uneven. It went around the garment in wavy lines instead of straight. They cut the lengths of each side uneven as well. There is no way that anyone with any sort of experience did this work.
