The guys that came out put me at ease. My washing machine back up at the connection and there went the flooding of my kitchen and dining room area. I was distraught for I had just put wood flooring in my dining room. Had to have the wood flooring taking up. These guys got in there pulled the water out and put the fans in in no time. But the biggest thing for me was yes the physical work but also the putting my mind at ease with an option that fitted my needs and my pocket.
