Let me start with the first disaster of a water leak in our home right after we bought it 2017. We had no use of laundry room, kitchen, dining room, master bathroom for 47 days because of another company, we called SERVPRO and they sent out young man Collin Boozer and let me just say life got easier. He showed us that other company had placed fans under our house that were broken eating up our power bill , nothing had dried out and mold was growing, he never said any negative comments about the company just got to work. That night Collin arranged to have fans put in and under the house, ripped all insulation out, sprayed chemicals and repaired everything within days....read full review
My experience with Servepro was awesome.Jacob was the greatest ? ❤️It was 2:00 a.m. and I had no idea what to do after a bad water flood from a pipe in my house.Jacob from Servepro got out of his bed and drove to my husband and I to help us get things started.He was a life saver.Shana was so helpful also.We lost our daughter during this time and Shana showed up at our hotel on a late Saturday night to help us recover my lost credit cards.Such a great experience with Servepro.Autumn was so helpful with explaining the process.Thanks for everything guys!!
