The administrative/scheduling staff (particularly Mary) is proficient, truly interested in addressing customers' concerns, and customers' budgets. Lonnie Jr. and his crew are knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. Our dealings with L & M Nicholson Heating & Air staff--with the installation and the removal of HVAC systems--have been friendly and customer driven from leadership to technicians.

Great response time, excellent explanation, super job under my house ( I watched!) and a great price.
