Angela Jones was awesome in getting me seen ASAP. I called expecting the same old wait four to six weeks to see my PCM but she got me someone the next day. On top of that, she was really kind and actually listened to my issues.
Everyone in this clinic was soooo nice!! I was surprised on how friendly and supportive everyone was. I’m not used to that on a military base. I was a bit nervous about going to this location due to the low ratings however, everyone had great customer service skills!! Definitely recommend this location.
Today I needed an emergency refill and everyone I talked with was very professional and helpful. Kudos to Ms. Peterson and Ms. Stacey. Not only did they help get me a 30 day refill but set me up for necessary lab work.
Not every review needs to be negative. There are people who go above and beyond to assist and they need to be thanked and recognized.
