“So to start I was scammed out of $50 by someone who claimed to work at this shop then she vanished. I called Mrs. Frieda the next day and she was upset to hear someone was used her shop to do this. She even honored the appointment on short notice, and on her day off, even after I told her she didnt have to, and was so sweet to me and helpful. She had never done locs/maintenance on a white person before but did so very well on me and very fast. Faster then it's ever been done in the 4 years I've had them. She said I brought her a challenge since the process is different then what she's used to but accomplished it flawlessly. I would of never known she had never done locs on a white person before if she didn't tell me. I will definitely continue to do business with this shop. Mrs. Frieda helped me and I cannot begin to tell you guys how appreciative I am for her taking the challenge and honoring an appointment that she knew nothing about. I wish I could give more then 5 stars because she deserves so much more then that.“
