Earlisia took time answer my questions and explain how to restore my hair back to its healthy state. My experience was beyond amazing and it was definitely worth the 5.5 hr drive. “About 2 years ago, I decided to get my hair cut ultra short. The first short hair cut my hairstylist of many years gave me was an excellent cut. After that, she was not able to give me a pixie cut that worked with my fine, thin hair. I stayed with her for about 2 years complaining about the cut. After that I went to 2 salons in Clemmons to try to get a good cut. They were terrible... I then read reviews for Mark Mattox at Champney & Company and decided to try him. He is awesome! I thought it would take a couple of cuts for him to fix my bad haircut, but he fixed it the first t time. I was hoping for a good cut, but what I got was a great cut. Not only did I get the best short haircut I've ever had, but he is a delight. He is easy to talk to and he gives styling tips for my short, fine hair. My original stylist is great with longer haircuts and color, but she just was not able to give me a good short haircut. Mark gets my highest recommendation! I wish I could give him more than 5 stars.“
