kind of disappointed as I was really looking forward to trying a new shop as they specialize in what I was wanting. However, I could never get a confirmation on my appointment or get a response back from the stylist that I scheduled with Within an eight day. Period :( The first time I booked, the appointment was pending and then I received an email a day later stating that my appointment request had expired because there was no response from the hair dresser. better communication i feel like would’ve helped..

Mandy that did my daughter's hair didn't do it right she used the wrong color's my daughter showed her a picture of the way she wanted the high light's to look like the high light's was nothing like the picture she showed it was a waste of money
