We purchased a 10 year service plan after our new home warranty expired and have bi-annual service appointments. We receive a call from the office to schedule the service and we received an appointment promptly. Our service tech, Jacob, is always courteous, thorough and respectful. He reviews what he has planned and in t he last case we had a small leak on the outside unit. He repaired it and explained what was done. Excellent! The contract was well worth the price and the service is superb.
