Tom Gordon, Sales Rep., was highly recommended to us when we were considering window replacement. We scheduled an appointment at the showroom. He was a very good listener as we discussed our specific window requirements. He explained in detail the Pella’s quality, warranty and the exclusive water repel system. He was prompt in measuring our windows, in ordering and providing delivery and installation dates. We never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision. He is friendly, very professional and knowledgeable of his product. He has great communication skills and it is a pleasure doing business with him.

Tom Gordon has be extremely helpful in working on replacing all of our windows, sliding glass door and back door. He’s came and measured, reviewed what was needed and has been very responsive. I can’t wait to see the final product!! I’ll be back to add photos, when done. ?
