Rick was top notch! He was extremely professional. Quickly diagnosed the issue, completed install and provided preventative maintenance information. Will definatly put Rick on speed dial for all things windows and doors!
The entire process was outstanding, from dealing with Robbie for the quote, scheduling with Maryann and the team that installed the windows, doors and slider were great. A big shout out to Rick, Josh, and Wayne. If you are able to, I would highly recommend looking at the Anderson conversion windows. If your current window frames are in good shape this is the way to go. Thanks again
We called Kellogg because we thought we needed to replace a sliding glass door at our beach house. Rick was able to repair the primary problem (difficulty opening/closing the door) on the spot! He also advised as to a few additional minor repairs that will further extend the lifespan of the door. We'll be contracting with Kellogg to make those repairs. We are grateful for Rick's skill and his honesty, which saved us a bundle!
