Great service from start to finish. They were on time, professional, great installation, quick and cleanly. Everything was perfect and the pricing was great, I would 100 percent recommend.
I reached out to Whale Done when my property had water flowing out of the garage. I thought it was the water heater, but when we investigated with the Whale Done team, we found the downstairs shower had backed up and we had much larger problem. We discussed a cost effective diagnostic approach and had the sewer line scoped, ultimately figuring out there was a major blockage and pipe failure at the clean out. Whale done did an awesome job digging up concrete, replacing the failed pipe section, and getting everything back to flowing in no time. We'll definitely reach back again, though we hope there's no need anytime soon :). Thank you!
