I’ve used Tanner numerous times for home inspections: general inspections, radon, pest, well, etc. He always does a thorough job and explains things very well. Would highly recommend Tanner for any home inspection needs!

Tanner was responsive leading up to the inspection and addressed any questions/inquiries I had. On the day of the inspection he was punctual, professional, and thorough. He provided me with context to all the items needing to be addressed and followed up quickly afterward. Would 100% use his services again.
