Watchdog Home Inspections is a company like no other. I have had previous companies that I've worked with in the past and give standard reports. Coming from a construction back ground I know quite a bit of what I'm looking for in a home, but wanted that extra added security in purchasing the rite home as its a huge investment.The inspector greeted me upon my arrival and was very observant of the whole exteriors and interiors of the home. Inspector also showed us the tools they use to measure areas of concern and unmasked some areas that i missed. Now being surprised with new found discoveries didn't mean the house wasn't habitable just meant to address certain issues...read full review
Mike and Tyler were a pleasure to work with! Very professional, knowledgeable and had great customer service. They made us feel at ease and provided a detailed report on our new home very quickly. Would highly recommend to anyone buying a home!
